I'm not even sure what this charge was for or who the company is that charged this to my account. I contacted my back & they told me that I will have to file a police report & pay a $25 fee for them to research the transaction & get my money back. I'd like to know who the heck this company is & how that got my information.

I joined Cupid for 3 day trial LOL and went and turned off auto renewal billing and was still charged
