Called to get a return authorization numberon 1/26/2012 on the assumption that the company had a normal 30 day trial period. Found out that the trial period was 15 days. This was not indicated in the ad for the company. Evidently they processed the charge to my credit card on 1/23 and have refused to make a refund. The product has not been opened. I believe that this is a scam. I will contact my credit card company and tell them I did not authorize this purchase; however, I feel that this company should be held responsible for false advertising and refunds should be made to all customers who request it. Additionally, you are told that this product must be use with Kollvgen Intensiv to be effective. Since the products arrive at different times (weeks) there is no effective trial period. Evidently both companys are under the same cooperate umbrella. Nor does either company make an attempt to contact the customer to indicate the problem of receiving the merchandise week(s) apart and offer to made an adjustment.
