I talked to a rep on 1/20/2012 about a payday loan and when I said I did not want anything from them including the loan after they became very pushy for info. Also the person gave me to someone who could not speak very good English. He kept asking me about something which I could not understand and I told him that I did NOT want anything at all including a loan. After about 10 times of saying that I did not want anything at all I finally just hung up. the phone number that they kept calling me back on was 923-62. They owe me 15.00 for stop payment fees. and 16.00 for overdraft fees. Also when I called the 818-380-5710 phone # they kept saying that they have nothing to do with loans. and that I had authorized this charge. The person would not let me speak with a supervisor. Today I am mad and intend to talk to a lawyer. So if anyone out there is suing please let me know. I think this needs to be taken to court.
