I ordered Grout Bully mid November (2011) and still haven't received the product. I tried, unsuccessfully, via the internet to check the status of my order but their system is only set up to take orders. I tried phoning via the phone number that their website provided but can't reach a person to save my life as everything is automated. I tried phoning the telephone order number and again was unsuccessful at actually speaking to anyone that could help me check the status of my order..........not to worry though......because they will readily take another order if you are foolish enough to allow them!!! To say I 'm frustrated is an understatement!!!!! And now, I receive phone calls every other day (from foreigners that can hardly speak english) telling me that the automated system was not working properly and they want me to place an order. When I complain that I've already placed an order 2.5 months ago and want to check the status so that I know if I have an order in place or not, they say they are sorry and hang up. I have just got off the phone with Habib who told me that they are calling me because they have caller ID and see that I made phone calls to their number (trying to get an order status update you freaken moron) and that he can do nothing but take an order and has no way to check to see if I have an order in place. What a joke. Until they actually put Americans to work in this country the general public will continue to be taken advantage of by these scam companies who are sending all of our dollars overseas.
