ebay is charging $4.56 for 3 oz large international envelope. The usps rate is $3.31. Before January 23 we were paying $3.26 to mail our envelopes. Since the postal rate change they are charging $4.56. I have spoken to the usps, paypal and they said that ebay needs to fix their calculations.
