I placed an order for magazines based on receiving a Dell Lap Top computer and expected to receive magazines I ordered-not a list of magazines that I WOULD NEVER order. Some inappropriate for a house hold with children. I called and spoke with Erin and she said they could suspend the account but couldn't cancel it. After them calling me I called them back again mid January.. and the man who answered switched me to some other man and he proceeded to badger me for not calling him back. Then he yelled at me which of course then I yelled back. After a screaming match with a man who couldn't understand that I didn't call him back because I had a family member in the hospital ... I told him that I wanted the membership cancelled that I had not received any of the magazines I ordered but I did receive ESQUIRE- MAXIM- ESPN - BASS -and other's men's magazines ...for of which my order was all women's magazines and that I was unable to cancel my subscription. For of which I emailed ESPN and tried to cancel and they told me I had to cancel with GCR. I want the open balance cancelled and the membership cancelled. They took orders for a product and didn't ship the product but sent what ever they felt like sending. I DO NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
