these sneaky sob's did an auto renewal on me w/o my knowledge. I coudn't reach them by phone so I left a email message asking for my money to be refunded. I went in the next day and did a test email w/ the first person on my page to see if it was still working and it in fact did go through which meant they did not refund my money. l finally found their phone number by a company called "a people media site" and they had said because i used the service they would not refund my money. I think they are low down sneaky sob's that prey on the innocent and are raking in millions because of their sneaky tactics. most other companys at least give you the benefit of the doubt and would rather keep a customer as opposed to the 20 dollars. tells you what we are worth to them. I will never go back to this site. they ruined it for me.
