2 teenage boys who said they were 18 and raising money for college came to our house and I bought $61 worth of books for my nieces in N. Carolina...check was cashed on 1/24/2012 but when you go to the Dynasty website and enter receipt number it says error, there is no phone number to contact them on any of the receipts I have, the check was made out to MTL Circulation LLC. No books were ever received.
