I ordered two lots of face cream for £2.95ea from a pop up advert on my computer at the beginning of January. When the money was taken out of my bank they actually charged £5.95 each.
Now this morning I noticed the same company has withdrawn £74.95 from my bank unauthorised.

- I had the same experience in January, except they appear to have charged the correct amount of postage for my "free" samples. I got the samples to see if they could really do what they say, (the jury is still out on that!) I wasn't expecting to be charged again! I went to make a payment tonight and was told I had insufficient funds when I asked why I was told Ravita La Peau took £74.95 from my account today. I had no idea who they were. When I ordered my free samples I only saw the name Revitaderm, I didn't connect it with Ravita La Peau, it was almost a month ago after all!
