I requested a loan and was approved for $200.00. I did not receive a loan agreement, so I never knew the terms of the loan. However, the money was deposited into my account the next day. As of 01/27/2012, I have paid $275.00. My bank informed me that another $165.00 was pending for 01/27/2012, which would mean I would have paid them $440.00...$440.00 on a $200.00 loan? I was able to pull up my account on their website, however, there is no loan agreement there. The summary lists all their interest fees and charges...along with my payment history. I have stopped payment on the pending charges and closed my account...all this for $200.00.
