I answered an ad for a 'free trial' and paid £3.95 for the trial product. This was 24th November 2011. My bank contacted me to enquire about two amounts of £69.95 that had been taken out of my account, one on 12th December and one on 4th January 2012. This money had been taken out of my account without my permission. My Bank gave me the telephone number to call and ask them to stop the payments and refund me the money. In the meantime, the Bank stopped any withdrawals and I was issued a new bank card.

When I phoned customer services, I was told that I should have contacted them within 30 days to say I did not want to continue with the trial. They also told me that the next 30 tablets had already been despatched, so they could not do anything. I have not received anything at all - so that could not have been true. I had no knowledge of this but apparently at the very bottom of the page is in very small lettering 'terms and conditions' and in there it states the 30 days.
However, doing the calculations, they took money from my account long before the 30 days and also took a second amount less than one month after. I have written to the company asking for refund as I felt that the advert was misleading and pointing out the timescale for the withdrawls. They have not bothered to reply. I have also not received any further products.
If there is anything you can do to assist me in gaining a refund, I would be pleased to hear from you.
