Rec'd a message on my screen that locked me off my computer and told me that my computer had several viruses and that I needed to pay to remove the viruses and trojans. I purchased the protection: order # 563311 and lic. code 9372-334607-5741. Once my transaction was complete, I had access to my computer again, but 2 weeks later, I rec'd the same notice as before and was again locked off my computer. I tried to contact the company, but there was no contact info.
