This company has charged my cell phone 5 Charges of 9.99 form 10/23/2011 thru 12/23/2011 which was not authorized to do. They claim I entered a four digit code that they sent to my cell phone. I never entered any codes. I am 76year old . The only use on this phone is for emergency purposes or an occasional call to a family member. I have a basic plan with T-Mobil and my calls are limited.
They refuse to credit the charges. I have no idea how the code was entered. I know I did not enter any code. Also I do not text.
