i am very ill and couldnt work anymore, i saw a commercial for help with a modification loan. i conntacted them they promissed to help me within 6 months to reduce my payment and my interest rate. my credit union contacted me and said they thought they were fraudulent and advised me to not let them get any information from my credit union. i contacted legacy holding group and they told me they were not fraudulent and would help me, i asked for my money back since i had been waiting for them over 8 months to modify my loan i asked for my money back of $3400.00 . i recieved an e-mail on July 23,2011 by this company stating that they would not give me my money back because i stoped legacyholding group from contacting my credit union, as for then it was not there fault but mine for not letting them do there job.
