I ordered Purasilk on 12/17 (SATURDAY) for S&H cost of $4.28. On Jan 1, MONDAY and HOLIDAY less than 2 wks later, a charge of $97.41 was made on my credit card. When I called and spoke to Heather I was told that I had to cancel within the 2 wks after I received the product in order to avoid the $97.41 charge. I did not have the product in hand for more than a week. This was shipped the week before Christmas. Heather refused to let me talk to her supervisor or Tyler, her superior. She said I apparently couldn't read and thus my error and my loss of $97.41. Apparently Heather is unfamiliar with a calendar and unfamiliar with the fact that I needed 2 weeks after receiving the product to get the 2 weeks trial period that she claims I failed to read about. All in all a total scam!
