International boundaries
Unauthorized charge found on my on-line bank statement. Debit card charge of $4.49. Bank will remove charge (hopefully) & issue new card to me. I suspect this is a test charge & if successful the card would be used to make large purchase. Have found similar reports on other scam reporting sites.
