Ordered over the internet 2 sample sizes, the company then started taking a monthly charge of £74.95 & £79.99. Barclays have stated that there is nothing they can do as by giving the company my card details I have in fact given the company unlimited access to my account. Phoned the company in question who have stated that they have cancelled my order and will no longer take any further funds. In the mean time, Barclays have said that If I close the affected account they will forward the requests for further funds to another one of my accounts. They are refusing to refund any money taken fraudulantly. It also appears that this company is collecting money via subsidiary company's which is making it even more difficult to stop.
