Manhattan Riches said they were selling internet time, you could buy $10.00 at a time, play games on the internet and win money.For every $10.00, you received a raffle ticket and they said they were having a drawing on 01/28/2012 and had to be present to win a laptop computer.The drawing was supposed to be at 9 p.m.
There was about 10 people that showed up, but not the owners.
Please investigate.
