International boundaries

7/16/11 - I ordered camcorder and was talked into purchasing extra items. Called back 1 hour later to cancel the extra items, but was told I had to talk to a manager. The manager did not call back.
7/19/11 - I called The Digitial Hunter again. I was told that it was too late to cancel the extra items since it had already been mailed. I was also told that I could return the items when I received them.
7/25/11 - I called them company to return the extra items and talked to Ben. It took 7 phone calls and several hours arguing with Ben. I suggested returning all of the order, but he said that he would charge me a 50% restocking fee. He finally agreed to let me return part of the items if I would fill out a favorable survey, but I still had items I would not use and was still out $250.
8/4/11 - Credited for items returned ($200), but I didn't give a favorable survey.
8/8/11 - Ben contacted me and agreed to allow me to return the rest of the unwanted items. They were to credit my account for $250.
8/15/11 - I had confirmation from USPS that they received the items.
8/22/11 - I contacted Ben asking about the credit he laughed and told that it could take up to 60 days for me to receive the credit (it had taken 7 days previously). I contacted the company 3 mroe times and never received the $250 credit.
In October 2011 - Josh called from The Digital Hunter. He said that Ben no longer worked for the company and he wanted to straighten out what happened. We discussed the $250 credit that I had not received. He said it was too late to credit my account, but a check would be issued. I was to receive the credit in 7-14 days. It is now Jan. 29, 2012 and the check has not arrived.
