They agreed to get me a loan and before I paid them the money, I asked whether I got the loan and they said yes. I told them the reason for this question was because I applied for a loan before, I paid the fees and did not get the loan. He reassured me that I got the loan, therefore, I agreed to pay the above amount to date I still have not got the loan, or my money back, they did say I would get my money back if I did not get the loan.
