Yesterday, at 3:10 pm I bought 4 trolley tickets from the ticket booth located inside the North Market in Boston. On the bottom part of the ticket...it says the name of the sales person and 0423 and 936441..1/29/12.....3:10 PM. I bought these ticket for my guests who came from overseas and we were very dispointed by this company. The sales person didn't say that I am buying the last trolley ticket but said the last trolley will be at 4:00 PM so I was expecting that there will be couple of more trolleys after the one my guests were on. After while, before 4:00 PM, my daugher who
was with my guests called me saying " We got out of the trolley at the first stop, on Constitution Roda, Boston...The driver said that trolley was the last one ...please come pick us up" I went there to pick them and called this company to complain. After some arguments, I was offered to use the tickets today which is tomorrow from yesterday but I could't becasue I had to come back to New York. When I talked to manager ( I don't remember his name), He said " We can't control the ticket saleman" and I assumed this company doesn't want to be responsible for whatever
is happening at the ticket booth.
