They called and said that they had recieved confirmation of our subscription cancellation and that they just needed our billing address to send the final invoice for last years subscription. I have never heard of them, but I started to give them my info, just in case I had my names screwed up or somthing. As I was on the phone I googled them and found this site, and saw the exact same review. Also I had just been transfered to Kathleen at that point. That was when I hung up!
