I went to this establishment to purchase a Queen Bedroom Suite and a Full Size Sleigh Bed. The total cost of the purchase was $1,389.96. I put down $289.96 on 06/18/2011 and was told that the furniture would be delivered within 10 business days of final payment. I stopped in to make the final payment on 07/16/2011 and was told by the same salesman that it would be delivered 4-6 weeks later. After hearing that, I asked for a refund and was told no, but I could have a store credit for up to one year. I am completely upset and distressed because I still do not have a bed for my daughter and we are moving the weekend of July 30, 2011. Please help as I would like to get a full refund of my deposit or for them to deliver the furniture to my new residence in Upstate NY at their expense since I adhered to their initial store policy for furniture purchases.
