Prior to going O/S for 3 weeks I ordered the trial sample of Juvenu. On my return I came home to find I had received the trial sample plus another of same. On checking my credit card statement I realised I had been charged for the 2nd. The bank reversed the charge however, a month or so later the merchant - Juvenu refused the refund and the charge reappeared on my credit card statement. Then a week later another product turned up... same thing, the bank reversed the charge only for Juvenu again to refuse and the charge for the product reappeared on my card.
I have tried to email, and telephone several times to see if possible to return the product and request a refund but no emails were answered.
I have had new credit cards issued to prevent being charged for product I don't want.
