I ordered sample online by paying the postage only as advertised on web on 17 Dec 2011. Then I receive the full products instead. NZ $ 201.34 was taken from my credit card. The products brands I received were not even same as what I ordered. Anyhow I used them so didn't dispute it. On 30 Jan 2012 NZ $ 93.15 was taken from my credit card again without ordering it. Product not yet received, I rang the number on despatch note +44(0)808 168 3684 to cancel my order then was told the number is no longer obtained.
