I ordered some samples. Gave them my debit card details for p/p.
A box containing PuresesV, Revita Derm and Perfect Radiance arrived. It didnt contain an invoice at all, and the advert on AOL never mentioned the cost so I thought I would only be charged p/p.However my bank statement was charged not only p/p which was £2.97+ £2.95 it was charged £19.99 that was on 24/12/11. On the 29/01/12 I was charged £79.99 and on the 30/01/12 I was charged another £74.99. I am astounded. I have contacted my bank who gave me phone number so I,ve been able to cancel my 'account' with them. They said I should have returned the samples then they would've known I didnt want to be part of thei 'trials'. I have never spent that amount of money in my life on skincare and I've just been made redundant which makes everything seem worse about wasting that amount of money. If I hadnt cancelled apparently they would send some products every month and just charge my account!
