I ordered product from Dead Sea Cosmetics on December 13, 2011. I received the order on January 3, 2012. I had changed my mind about the order and had checked the Return Policy conditions. I did not open any of the jars-they were in the original packaging. I enclosed a letter stating that I had changed my mind, asking for a full refund excluding the shipping costs. This was all done within 5 days of receipt of order-I would have done it sooner but it was over the holidays and the post offices were closed.

Dead Sea Cosmetics emailed me and said that I had used over 70% of the product and they would not refund my money. I emailed them back and told them again that I hadn't even opened any of the jars let alone used the product. They will not even answer my emails. I have sent over 20 emails asking them to please refund my money. They now have my $329 and the product I had ordered.

They are scamming people. If you try to return ANYTHING, even if you haven't opened or used it, they WILL ALWAYS claim that over 70% was used which nulifies their Return Policy.

I have asked my Credit Card company to get involved. I am really hoping that something will come out of this, besides the fact that I was scammed!!!!
