I applied for a payday loan 1/22/12, spoke with someone that did not speak English very well, he tried to offer a promotion of some type. I repeadedly told him I was not interestred as I did not want anything debited from my checking account since I was borrowing funds anyway, I also kept asking to talk to someone who spoke English (he gave the phone to someone who sounded like him). Nevertheless $99.49 was debited from my checking account on 1/28, I have tried calling only to be told to leave a message, can not get anyone one the phone at this company
