I was contacted by Jeff Jennings in January of 2011 about this company that specializes in debt consolidation. He asks you if you're happy with what you are making (and of course no one is). Stuck in middle managemnet and awaiting a promotion for years, I took $5000 out of my 401k and am embarrased to say that I trusted this awful human being. The idea is that you help buy leads and would get a percentage of the interest charged on the total amount that those leads borrowed. Their success rate is great and the money would pour in. I am at least guranteed %125 return on my money ($6250). I have not received one cent yet from these thieves. They start off calling you every week and letting you know how your 1000 leads are doing and that they are awaiting lawyers approvals, etc... They call you once a week and just tell you to be patient. They stopped calling around October and when I called every number I had does not receive incoming calls.
I see so many people on here went through the same thing and I urge us all to get into a group lawsuit against these criminals. I don't care if the lawyers take most of the $5000, I just want to see them go to jail for scamming good people out of their hard earned money. Most of us don't have money laying around and have to resort to a 401k loan to try and make more money for our families.
