I applied for a payday loan to get money for Christmas shopping. I got the money in a couple of days. Everything was fine. They told me that I will be making payments of the finance charges $79 if I don't pay the $200 loan in full. I was also told that I can get as many payment installments as I want. So fiancially the $79 was a good fit for me to pay. Well on Jan. 25, I received a voicemail from a representative from CASHTODAY, stating that they are representing 123wages.com and if I don't pay the amount of $353 for 123wages.com that they will take legal issues. So I made arrangements to pay this on 1/27/12. The gentlemen asked me to fax an affidavit stating that I will pay $347 to make the account paid in full and I need to provide my card info and a copy of my drivers license. Me being a dummy, I did. Now on fri 1/27/12, the $347 was withdrawn out of my acccount from CASHTODAY and 123wages took out $79. I called 123wages and they told me they have no affiliation with CASHTODAY and that I've been scammed and I need to report it to the authorities and my bank. Which both I have done. I sent a Customer Service ticket online at 123wages.com asking for a written statement confirming that they have nothing to do with CASHTODAY also to call me back. This was on sat. 1/28/12 I have not heard anything from 123wages.com also when the police called CASHTODAY, THEY TOLD HIM THAT YES THERE COMPANY IS LEGIT AND THAT 123WAGES.COM WILL RECEIVE THE PAYMENT, WHICH THEY HAVE NOT. PLEASE DO ANYTHING TO PUT THESE THEIVES AWAY!!!!
