My complaint is identical to previous statements. I saw an ad on Facebook, took it that the site would be genuine, paid £34.00 for bid package as I had seen a camera I was interested in.
Five minutes later realized my mistake and emailed Ziinga, to cancel everything!!!!! this was on the 16th January 2012
A conformation email was received stating that everything was cancelled and that was the end of it
I half expected to loose the initial £34 , but tonight found that they have withdrawn the £34 and a £1 on the "24th of January, and an additional £59.99 on the 26th of January without my authorization .

As well as being utterly annoyed with myself for falling for such a scam, I AM COMPLETELY DISGUSTED WITH FACEBOOK FOR ALLOWING SUCH A COMPANY TO ADVERTISE ON THEIR SITE, WHERE VULNERABLE PEOPLE CAN FALL INTO THEIR SCAMS (and not so vulnerable!!!) SHAME ON THEM!!!!!!!!
