We called and talked to a few different people on a few different phone calls to 1-855-873-9500. At the point we felt ready to commit to making the purchase we did a conference call with LVP my wife Cheri, and our friend in Spokane. And purchased 3 vacations for a total deposit of $999.88. We were given a client #19998865. David Sinclair (855-226-2825 x505)and a Alan were two of the people we spoke to. The deposit/withdrawl of $999.88 was authorized by Cheri using check 2125. On 12-21-11 by certified mail, an oversized envelope was sent to us with additional forms inside. Since there were some forms/paperwork missing from what we were told to expect, we called LVP to get an explaination ... there wasn't an answer at any of the numbers we had. After making calls for over a week on January 11, 2012 someone answered 855-873-9500, but it was a new tenant in the building that was taking over the space, and knew nothing about the previous tenant LVP. Our bank told us the transaction was completed and they did not think they could get us our money.
