I had a charge of $9.99 added to the Mobile Purchases and Downloads portion of my AT&T wireless bill from BuneUS mblox.com. I called AT&T to have the charge removed and they did not hesitate. I asked what the charge was, and they said it was a subscription to an IQ testing service. I never authorized this purchase.
The charge was removed from my bill, but the time I spent resolving it was wasted and I'll receive no restitution for it. Unsavory.
