As per my call to your organization on Jan 24/12, and again twice on Jan 31/12, I am putting in writing the issue, and I expect a full refund on my MasterCard for the amount charged on Jan 12/12 for Vitaderm in the amount of $79.99 US,and for Aqualift for $74.99 US.

Your free trial is not a free trial at all. I signed up for your products on Dec 24/11. However, I did not receive anything until the week of Jan 16/12. There was no other paperwork with it as to where to return it/refund, phone number etc. I had to research to find this information. In my research, I also discovered your organization has many accusations of false advertising and fraud against it.

At that point, you had already charged my credit card. So, where is the free trial? How can I use/assess/evaluate your product, and cancel it when I have not even received the product, and when there is no “free trial” period? In essense, there was no free trial, and again, your advertising is fraudulent. Therefore, I cancelled my accounts on Jan 24/12, expecting a full refund. This has not yet happened. I did receive an e-mail assuring me the accounts had been cancelled, but the charges to date have not yet been reversed.

Yesterday, I spoke to your organization twice, the 2nd call being to Sam. He assured me the charges would be reversed by Friday. I will gladly refund your products....just provide me with a reversal of the MasterCard charges, and an address to return the products.

I have already spoken to MasterCard, and if I do not receive my credit by Friday, I will be lodging a complaint with them, and taking other necessary action.

Your “terms and conditions” state that “You may receive a refund of any product that was ordered”.

To recap:
-In view of not receiving your products Vitaderm and Aqualift until the week of Jan 16/12, I did not receive any “free trial”, basically you negating your own terms and conditions.
-In view of cancelling my accounts and all involvement with your organization on Jan 24/12, I expect a full refund on my MasterCard for the 2 charges imposed on Jan 13/12.
-Based on the assurance by Sam that all charges would be reversed, I will wait until Friday before I take further action, both with MasterCard and other means necessary.
