Took up the offer of trial pots. Just checked my bank statement today and found the two small amounts taken but also on 11th Jan an amount of £74.95. Then further on down my statement to my horror on 30th Jan two amounts more. £74.95 and £79.99.
Rang my bank who gave me the phone number of this company which is well known to them! 08081683684. Got through to them in around 5 minutes (hope the phone call is not huge!) and the woman said it was too late to cancel as the shipment was made but I should get a refund if I send it back. Can't refund the orginal £74.95. As I got an answer and they have promised to cancel my account and given me two references numbers hopefully what she said is correct. I was not informed you have to cancel or they will continue sending the stuff. Anyway who do you cancel with? Well at least I have a phone number and my call was answered. I have learnt my lesson. Nothing is too good to be true!
