i was contacted by phone & told that Microsoft Security was no longer available for my programme or computer. They showed me things supposedly on my computer that weren't of my work. To clean it up & install bitantivirus I was charged £221.98 . This was August 19th 2011. I was never happy about it but until I spoke to a friend today I wasn't quite sure what to do
