A young guy came to the door selling books. He said that he was trying to win a trip to Italy and was points away from his goal. He was really polite and informative and it seemed legit. I ordered Disney books for my children and gave him a check for $55.00. He said that in three days someone will call me to verify my information and if I then change my mind about my order I can cancel and receive a refund. On the back on my receipt it claimed that in order to cancel I had to send in the cancellation form within 3 days or I will not receive a refund. When I asked him about it he said not to worry about sending it in that I can cancel over the phone when they call me. Right after he left I got on the computer to see what the website says and found a ton of scam reports. So, I stopped payment on my check. I am curious to see if I will hear from them.
