I bought one $36 bid pack, one $69 and one $99 for a total of $321. My bank statement it shows they charged me for 3 more $36 bid packs and 3 $69 bid packs plus the $99 for a total of $450. I did not authorize these buys and 4 of them are on the very same day. They said they would refund my money but all the did was give me 680 voucher bids that expired in 1 week, not what I paid for and not what I ordered. I won 15 auctions, 13 were cancelled and was again refunded in vouchers that expired in a week. I will be lucky to see if I receive the other 2 itmes. They ripped me off for alot of money and as of yesterday, I can't even sign in anymore and they took away the bids, about 170, that I had left, is this a scam or what? How do I get my money back for the bid packs I did not order?
