This company presented itself as a genuine UGG boot company selling authentic Australian UGG boots. When I received the boots, it was immediately clear they were counterfeit. The soles were plastic, the fur was rabbit fur, the stitching was horrible and the "suede" was deer or calf skin. The paper work that came with the boots was written completely in Chinese. There was no phone number, no return address and no website or e-mail. There was also no return form to fill out for a return. My bank is trying to get my money back and they are working with this company's bank but the bank won't give them any contact information for the company. When I look up the company on the internet, all I get are scam complaints. I want my money back and I want this company shut down and punished.
