I just received a phone call from Legal Department from a Rick and he states I have a summons or affidavate against me and should have received it and I needed to respond to court before tomorrow. It is now 5:14pm Eastern and I have never taken a loan over $500 in my entire life, yet I owed $5000, they had all of my information last 4 digits of my social and my employer and threaten me that my employer will pay them and that I i had options to clear the matter up. I did not entertain him any further for I knew without a doubt I have not done any business with Advance Payday Loans I then told him I would be suing him if he calls me again.
