I have been looking for a pug puppy for my husband for his birthday. I looked on Mysanantonio.com and found an advertisement under the classified section. The deal is that for delivery and the puppy would cost $300 total. After I made $300 payment, they asked for an additional $352. I said that was not the deal, and I wanted a refund. They said that it would cost a $60 deactivation fee. I paid it, and now they want an additional $100 for a fee that they "forgot" to mention. I have been fighting with them through email, because a friend recommended to have everything in writing instead of phone. I have all emails from the agreement made to now how they continue to refuse to give me my money back and want me to get a lawyer to settle this in court.
