I took out the same offer via Facebook page. I thoughy for £2.49 each I will give it a go. I received the pills & patches with no paperwork or conact details. After taking the pills for a few days I had to stop as they were not agreeing with me. As I did not have any contact details I replied via e-mail from my original order to inform them that I needed to cancel any additional tablets being sent out. This was done within the 14day period as it stated on website when I applied. Needless to say they took the monies from by credit card. I had to contact my credit card company to get a telephone number for both pro cleanse and nutra science although they are the same company. I rang and waited in queue only to be cut off. After calling back it went to automated service to cancel inputting your contact telephone details which I put in my home and mobile number, I was goin around in circles. Eventually the next day I got to speak with a supposedly customer service advisor called Daniel. He said he would cancel any further orders but could not arrange a refund. I explained everything to him, he advised me to e-mail their customer support/complaints and that it would take 5 days for a reply. The 5 days are up and what a surprise no reply. This company is absolutely ripping people off left right and centre. In the current ecenomix climate I cannot afford to lose this amount of monies and I will continue to try to get a refund. If I have too I will write to Watchdog or even Trading Standards. I would advise anyone NOT to take this offer up. It sound good but you will be out of pocket BIG STYLE.
