I originally ordered the product because they lead me to believe it's a free trial basses and all you're paying for is the shipping. Then a week later they took from my account $79.99 for the Vitaderm & $49.99 for the Aqualift. Okay, lesson learned, I called to cancel immediately and was sent a conformation stating it was cancelled. Then on 2/1/12 $79.99 was once again taken from my account for the Vitaderm. I immediately called and was told I didn't cancel the product. I told the representative I had confirmation that I did cancel and wanted the full amount returned. She explained she could return only 50% of the amount. I became enraged, telling her I wanted the full amount, and if she couldn’t make that happen to put someone else on the phone that could. To make a long story short I was then told I would receive the full amount in refund and obtained a confirmation number.
Don't order from this company, you'll be sorry. After all of this, the product isn't even any good.
