I bought a WiFi at Best Buy and was not advised that it required a monthly payment since it was remote. This item was bought as a Christmas present and item was returned within 3 days of purchase. The date when I got the initial bill is not exact. My statement is this, if no services were provided by Sprint I don't feel I should pay that being said. Now these people are sending threats of sending the bill to credit bureau etc.
I have receipts when item was bought and when item was returned.

Yes, of course I knew some payment monthly was necessary not the point here item was not used only tried it out and returned to Best Buy. Sprint provided no service and yet wants 58.00 for what? Would that be for non-service they provided?

- Missing the point sir it was the amount charged when I did not use their service. Come on 58.00 for taking the instrument out of the store and back in when it was decided it was a bit too high. The other point the store did not discuss the charges and I knew some amount had to be paid.
