Signed up for the free trial, received that then got billed for the next shipment at a total of $$154.16. Emailed them back straight away to stop further orders and they did reply that I would not receive more. They did offer a half price re-entry??? After all that I still have not received that product 2 months later. Now can't find their website only complaints blogs. Very unhappy. Megan ( Australia)

- Good morning Megan, i like yourself was unaware of a monthly renewal agreement and thank god for this site i looked into my account detail and saw what was happening. Just this morning i rand the company and have cancelled my account with them. +448081683685. I had no trouble cancelling my order but only time wil tell if the deductions from my credit card will cease. Good Luck Sue
