Myself and my 2 daughters had T Mobile for the last 5years without any complaints. Great customer representatives, very friendly and always ready to help. Unfortunately for the last few months we have been getting sporatic service, or none at all. I physically went to the store which is about 7 minutes from my house, and complained about the problem. Three different work orders were sent in. I went an entire week with no service. After T Mobile not fixing the problem and I still having to pay for no service, I was obliged to move to another more expensive carrier. I called customer service to see if they would waiver my $200.00 early termination fee, as they could not fix the problem. I was told to write a letter to T Mobile P.O.Box 37380, Albuquerque NM 87176 explaining why I had to switch to another company.
Yesterday not only did I get a letter in the mail stating that I had to pay the $200.00 early cancellation fee, I also got a phone call.
I keeped my part of the contract for the last 5 years by paying my bill, they did not keep their part, I had no service, but yet I have to pay, and move to a more expensive carrier, when I was very happy with them, until I and my family started getting no service. T Mobiles customer service was of no help. Honestly I do not think I should have been made to pay the $200.00 as I keeped up my part of the contract by paying my bill. My frustrating is that they provided me no service, even though I put in work orders but was made to pay, and forced out to another carrier because of their imcompetence. I don't understand after 5 years of excellent service that they do not care about loyal customers, and make them pay for no sevice.
