Came to our house, said for $2,000 he would start filing for MediCal/VA benefits. Started the paperwork, never filed, and sent an email advising us we could file what he had done. It was past the deadline, incomplete, and even though he said if we had any questions we could call him, he did not return an email or phone call.
Check Sacramento County Superior Court for his felony records.
