Went to a check cashing place to cash a large check. Not only did they charge 1.99 percent interest and at that time they claim that they must issue an Axcess Debit Card for $10.00 because they say it's their company's policies. Well they said to call the number on the card and activate it before using so I did and I took the card with me to use it at a store and it was declined. So I go back home and call customer service and it says no one is availabe to take my call when I call everytime. I just used my card online and it said that the card is declined.
