International boundaries
Ordered counter stools in a natural oak and black finish. They were sent in an all black finish. Contacted company and was told I needed to provide them with a picture of items showing they were done in the wrong finish. Send them a picture. Have yet to hear back from company. Received these stools over 2 weeks ago and have called and e-mailed company several times about returning or getting a replacement . Have receive No response.
Update: 02/05/2012
Sent pictures to company. E-mail they were sent to was jgerogianis @oneway furniture.com. Also spoke to a woman names Terry on first day a received stools. The phone numer is 631-249-4390 ext 118.
