We were contacted by Bob Tracy from Vacation International, Inc. & were told he had a guaranteed buyer for our time share at a price of $39,900. Then Kevin Alexander from Alliance Title Services contacted us to handle the escrow. We were told the money was in escrow but we had to pay a 10% transfer fee & a 19% Mexican tax. We received an email from Yvonne Lambert (financial dept.) asking to give her instructions on how to send us our money. We were supposed to receive the sale price plus the fees on July 13th. Obviously, we have not received a cent & all phone numbers for both companies have been disconnected. I have emailed Yvonne twice & received no reply.
